Log On to the Owner’s Inn

As members of the InnSeason Vacation Club, you have online access to your account.  Some of you may be familiar with the Owner’s Inn but for those who aren’t let’s take a look at how to get signed up and how to use this great tool!

Creating a User Account

Before you can get online and start looking at your Points balance and making monthly Club Fees payments, you need to create your user account.  The process only takes a few steps and then once you’re finished, you’ll be ready to go!

STEP 1) Go to our website, www.innseason.com.  Once you are at the website, look in the upper right hand corner of the page.  You’ll see a link that says “login.”  Click on the link.

“Click ‘Login” to Login using either an existing owner account that you created OR to create a new login to access Owner’s Inn for the first time.”

 


STEP 2) Once you click on the link, you’ll be brought to a screen that has a place for you to sign in with your user name and password.  If you haven’t yet created a user name and password, simply click on the “New User” link to begin the process of creating your online account.  If you are a new user, keep reading.  If you are an existing member who has already created an account skip to Step


“If you have already set up your personal login, then eneter your email address and password and click LOGIN to proceed OR To create your personal login, click New User? (you’ll need an email address). If you have multiple users on one account, then each member can set up their own login with their individual email addresses.”


STEP 3) After selecting the new user link, you will have to enter in a generic security code.  This code is set in place to prevent spamming programs to hit the system and also to ensure that only the right people are using the system.  Simply enter the code as written (you do not need to worry about capitalization) and click submit.

Enter the scrambled “security code” into the box, then click “SUBMIT” to proceed.  This safety feature is to prevent unauthorized users from gaining access to the site.”

 

 

STEP 4) Enter your InnSeason Contract Number or the PRIMARY phone number (the one we have listed in your account).  You do not have to enter both numbers.  Then enter the last four digits of your social security number.  In order for this to create your user profile, you must have your social security number listed in our computer system.

 

 

“Enter your InnSeason Contract Number OR Primary Phone Number.  Enter the last 4 digits of the primary member’s social security number.  And then click on NEXT when completed.”

 

 

STEP 5) Enter in the email address you want to be linked to this Owner’s Inn account and create a personal password.  You will also be asked to create a security question and answer for yourself in case you ever forget your password and need to have it reset.

” Complete all these fields to create a login and password.  Click Next when completed.  When you receive the “Complete” notification then click on CONTINUE to see your account.”

 

 

STEP 6) Login to the site using your newly created user name and password.  Enter in your email address and password and click LOGIN when finished.  Click on the Overview Button to

 

“Log into your account by entering your email address and the password you created.  Click LOGIN when complete.”

 

Step 7) Once you are logged into your account, you will see your personalize Owner’s Inn dashboard or home screen.

 

On the left will be your personal information, including your name, address, phone number and email.  To change any of it, simply click on the “Change” link.

The next box shows your contract number, the type of ownership you have and the name of the product, in addition to any balance you may have on that product in terms of fees.

The box on the bottom shows your InnCrowd Rewards information.  InnCrowd is our membership rewards program where you earn cash for referrals.

To access your contract in more detail – simply click on your Contract number.  It is the number highlighted in orange.  That will bring you to a new page that will show you your contract in more detail.

 

Step 8) Looking at your contract, you will see the number of Points you own annually, how many you have used, and how many remain for the year.  You will also be able to see the type of Points (Regular or Accrued) and the expiration date of those Points will be listed.

 

You will also be able to see any reservations you may have made for the year.  However, please note that at this time, all reservations will be listed as pending and the status will not be listed as anything else.

Your personal information will also be listed on this page giving you the option to edit that information if needed.
