Help! I’m Logged In But I Can’t See My Points!!

The Owner’s Inn is a wonderful tool for all InnSeason Vacation Club Owners.  It allows you to see your Points, accrue your points, pay your Club Fees, change your email address or submit an email question to Owner Services.  All of these things are available to you at the click of a mouse!

Most of you are aware of how to log in, so for the sake of this blog post, I’m going to assume that you can get to the home page of your personalized Owner’s Inn.  If not, feel free to refer back to an older post where we give in detail (complete with screen shot images) instructions on how to log in.

Once you log in to your own personal Owner’s Inn page, it will look something like this:

The first question most people have is “WHERE ARE MY POINTS?!?”  This screen is just a snapshot of your account.  It shows your information, name, address, phone number, etc.  It shows your contract number and any account balance you may currently have.  At the bottom of the screen, it shows your InnCrowd Rewards Dashboard where you can see if you’ve earned any cash from referrals you’ve made.

This page does not show any further detail on your Points.  In order to see that information, you must click on the orange CONTRACT NUMBER.  In John Q. Public’s case, He needs to click on Contract 74241 in the Contracts Box (directly below the photo).

If you have more than one contract, you will have more than one contract to click on.  You will have to click on each individual contract to see the details of that particular contract.  You can print screens though so if you don’t want to have to click back and forth to manage multiple contracts, you can print the screens and then sit down with the paper versions of the Owner’s Inn – whatever works best for you!

After clicking on your contract number, you should see a screen that looks like this:

Now you are able to see your contract details, including the contract number, the usage year, the number of Points you own annually, how many Points you have used, and how many Points remain with the expiration date.

Once you have access to this information, you are then able to start planning great trips for the entire year!  You can decide to accrue Points.  You can use the Fun-O-Meter and plan out future trips.  Or, if you know where you want to go, call Owner Services and book your stay!

Just remember – to see your Points, Click on your Contract number!
